Why Nutrients are vital to wellness and beauty

When you eat a balanced, real food based diet that includes plenty of nutrient dense foods they contribute to and boost your wellness and beauty.

Many members of the natural hair/curly hair community make hair products out of food. This is not productive to hair, hair growth or condition. The food molecules are too large to penetrate and improve the hair shaft. In order for food items to penetrate the hair they have to go through a process called hydrolyzation. They are then processed and extracted from the source, and added to products. Raw food molecules are not conducive to bettering your hair.

Foods are meant to be eaten and processed within your body. The nutrients enter the blood stream and your body will process them accordingly. The digestive system is meant to handle this process. People will need to adopt a healthier diet and lifestyle in order to maintain a higher standard of wellness and natural beauty.

Your hair does not have teeth. Your will not breakdown those molecules from the food. Food molecules and nutrients have to be metabolized in order to be beneficial to the body. Making food smoothies for the hair is a waste. When the hair is washed all of the food that was applied is washed away. The hair has not been conditioned with the food.

When a person eats their food it is metabolized. Then the nutrient from the food goes into the body to the area that they are most needed. The excess or overflow of nutrients will go to the hair, skin, and nails after all other processes are completed. It is imperative that a healthy diet is followed in order to reach this level of wellness and beauty. You will have clearer skin that glows, longer stronger nails, and stronger hair that grows abundantly.
