Consistency is the hardest part to obtain and attain your wellness. It takes twenty one days to form a habit but to show up for yourself daily and consistently is a challenge. On the days that you are tired, those when anxiety seems to be your best friend...consistency will be the challenge. 

Practice patience and take a breath. If you fall off just start again the next day. And lastly, believe in yourself.
